I understand that planning a session or event can be overwhelming, so I have compiled this list of FAQs to help ease any concerns you may have. From my booking process to post-processing and delivery, I want to provide clarity and guide you every step of the way. way. If you don’t see your question answered here, don’t hesitate to reach out - always happy to help!
How do I book and can I make payments?
To book begin by submitting a session request form. Shortly after, you’ll receive a formal quote to accept, a contract to sign, and a virtual invoice for the retainer. The invoice also outlines the payment schedule if applicable.
For sessions, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking,
with the final balance due on the project date.
For weddings and events, a typical 25% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Payment options are available depending on the proximity to your project date. Final balances are due 5 days before the project date.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
When you book with me you will receive 35+ photos for a one hour family session.
Newborn sessions will be 50+ photos with option to purchase additional photos.
Elopement’s & Wedding albums will include unlimited photos.

WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME FOR GALLERY DELIVERY?
For a one hour session the gallery turn around time is 2-3 weeks for the date of your session.
Newborn session turn around time is 3-4 weeks for date of session.
Elopement’s and Wedding turn around time is 2-3 months.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?
I would be more than happy to style you for your session! Neutral colors, & solid patterns are always my go to! If you will be using your photos for holiday card it’s always good to remember that neutral colors + solid patterns will compliment any holiday design !

WHAT IF MY CHILDREN DOESN’T COOPERATE OR CRY DURING OUR SESSION?
Children need time to warm up and become comfortable. As a mom, and former preschool teacher, building that level of comfort is my number one priority with new clients! We will play, explore, and get the giggles flowing!

WHERE SHOULD I ORDER PRINTS?
Ordering through the print shop on your personalized gallery is the best choice for keeping the quality of your photos. The print shop allows you to order prints, wall art, canvases, and holiday cards!

CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE SESSION?
As long as the venue/ location allows; Absolutely! I welcome pets to join in on the fun!
